1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Allied Events ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the Allied Events website, mobile apps, and services.
• "User" refers to any individual accessing the Platform.
• "Customer" refers to users who book services through the Platform.
• "Vendor" refers to service providers registered on the Platform.
• "Services" refers to event-related services offered through the Platform.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to vendor availability and confirmation.
• Prices listed are in INR unless otherwise specified.
• Payment must be completed to confirm a booking.
• Allied Events acts as an intermediary between customers and vendors.
• Service fees and taxes may apply and will be clearly communicated before payment.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made 7+ days before the event: Full refund minus admin fee.
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours: No refund.
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
• Vendor-initiated cancellations are eligible for full refunds.

6. Vendor Obligations

• Vendors must provide accurate service descriptions and pricing.
• Vendors must respond to booking requests within 24 hours.
• Vendors must deliver services as described in the listing.
• Vendors must maintain valid business licenses and insurance.
• Vendors are responsible for their own tax obligations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Allied Events or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Allied Events acts as a marketplace and is not a party to transactions between customers and vendors. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by vendors. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Using the Platform for illegal purposes
• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Attempting to circumvent security measures
• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other users
• Collecting user data without authorization

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bengaluru, in accordance with the rules of the Bengaluru Arbitration Centre.
